Designed in conjunction with the Ready 2 Respond (R2R) program, this professional development course will equip facility executives, directors, and managers with critical training and tools to effectively manage clean water damage.
The R2R program enables facilities to implement proven solutions and manage risks, no matter how unpredictable the situation.
what you will learn
This 2.5-day course educates attendees on the Ready 2 Respond program, an industry-leading water damage event process validated with science and supported by more than 50 years of experience in water mitigation and restoration.
Our course goes beyond the basics to explore the science and technology behind effective drying. This comprehensive program focuses on proactive preparedness, ensuring teams are well-trained to mitigate risks, minimize downtime, and restore operations swiftly and safely.
In 2.5 days we will cover the following:
- Categories of water and procedures
- Hazard awareness and risk assessment
- How to triage an emergency water response
- The principles of drying
- Ready 2 Respond methodology
- Inspection and monitoring tools
- Determining the best drying method and equipment
- Hands on: Equipment setup, extraction, and drying science
- Drying materials: Flooring and walls
- Monitoring, reporting, and documentation
tuition
Because you are a Ready 2 Respond partner, the regular tuition of $1,995 per attendee will be waived. In attending this class, you will receive:
- All provided class materials, books, and other handouts
- Lunch, beverages and snacks on each class day
