What’s built into this new dehumidifier to ensure that it’s as durable as other Dri-Eaz models?
Engineers opted for a sturdy axle and heavy-duty steel handle to give it the strength and rigidity required for transporting two units at once and rolling single units up and down stairs.
What kind of durability testing has been conducted on this unit?
Our Product Management and Quality teams rigorously tested the axle and handle with thousands of mechanical droptests, then conducted real-world drop and ship tests to confirm that it's a highly durable dehumidifier.
How do I access other languages besides English on the Command Hub display?
Touch Settings on the main menu screen, then Language, then arrow up/down to choose French or Spanish.
What functions can I monitor or control remotely with the 5000Li’s built-in Bluetooth and Wifi?

Do I need to leave a phone or hotspot on site to use the unit’s remote monitoring?
The LGR 5000 has onboard Bluetooth and Wifi capabilities. If you can access the building’s Wifi service, there’s no need to leave a separate device onsite. If not, and you want remote access from anywhere, connect to Wifi using a hotspot that you leave onsite for ongoing monitoring.
How easy is it to access the pump for maintenance?
No special tools required – simply remove the four screws securing the pump housing and cover. Slide the housing out, disconnect the cable assembly and remove the five screws securing the top to access the pump for service.
How securely do they stack?
The LGR 5000 housings were designed to lock together for secure stacking up to 3 high for storage or transport on the van.
