how do i use my remaining points?

Log into your account, then select from the four shopping categories on the Welcome Page: Shop Merchandise, Shop Travel, Shop Tickets, and Shop Legend Brands Products. You can search or browse the millions of Merchandise items by Department, as well as by minimum and maximum points. Once you have selected your item(s), add them to your cart and check out using your points. Once you have selected your item(s), add them to your cart and check out by May 31, 2026, using your points.

what if my account is inactive?

Contact us at market@legendbrands.com and we will see why your account may be inactive. If it became inactive because of an error while entering certificate serial numbers, we may still be able to activate it so you can redeem remaining points. it your account was never activated, e.g., if we were waiting for an invoice to confirm eligibility, we will not be able to activate it after December 31, 2025, when enrollment ended.
