how do i earn legend rewards?

Look for certificates in the boxes of Dri-Eaz, Mediclean, ODORx, Unsmoke, Chemspec, Prochem and Sapphire Scientific products. If you purchased chemicals off the shelf, or ordered a single bottle or mixed case of chemicals, then ask your distributor for the certificates if you didn't receive them with your purchase, as they may have been removed when boxes were unpacked in their warehouse.

how do i get points for my truckmount and accessories?

Register your truckmount purchase and submit your invoice to market@legendbrands.com, then points will be deposited directly into your Legend Rewards account.

I enrolled in legend rewards - when can i start using my account?

New account registrations are reviewed for approval during Legend Brands' normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time – please allow at least 24 hours before logging in to check your account. We'll also deposit 1,000 bonus points in your account when we make it Active.

how do I enter certificate serial numbers to earn points?

Log into your account then select "Earn Legend Points" from the website homepage top menu or the mobile app menu. Enter the serial number from a Legend Rewards certificate and click on the blue "Reward Me!" after each entry. The points will automatically apply to your account with each entry. This is currently the only way to enter serial numbers to bank your points.

how do i know how many points a legend brands product is worth?

how do I receive my bonus points during a promotion?

When double/triple points promotions are running, you receive the standard certificates in your product boxes. When we receive validation of your purchase (an invoice dated during the promotion or a special event purchase list), bonus points will be manually deposited in your Legend Rewards account for you. Send scans or photos of invoices to: market@legendbrands.com

my account has been suspended, what do I do?

An automatic suspension can be triggered for security reasons when multiple entry errors are made while entering certificate serial numbers. Please contact market@legendbrands.com if your account has been suspended and we can unlock your account for you.

system says my certificate serial number is already redeemed.

You can check to see if you have already claimed a certificate serial number under "My Account." You can also email market@legendbrands.com or support@rewardhq-cs.com for a quick serial number lookup. See "My account has been Suspended!" above for more information.

how do i use my points?

Log into your account, then select from the four shopping categories on the Welcome Page: Shop Merchandise, Shop Travel, Shop Tickets, and Shop Legend Brands Products. You can search or browse the millions of Merchandise items by Department, as well as by minimum and maximum points. Once you have selected your item(s), add them to your cart and check out using your points.

what if I do not have enough points for an item?

If you're short on points, you can pay for up to a 20% points difference by credit card (under the Merchandise and Events categories only). This option is automatically offered when you are within the 20% points range.

can you help me with my order?

Legend Brands staff are only able to assist with orders for Legend Brands merchandise – if you need help with those items, please call 800-932-3030 or email market@legendbrands.com. For all other products and services, please contact the Legend Rewards third-party customer service team to assist with order fulfillment, shipping issues, damages, billing, etc. at: 1-877-690-2080 or support@rewardhq-cs.com.

how many accounts are allowed per company/franchise location?

It's expected that each company or franchise location will open and use a single account to avoid conflicts caused by duplicate certificate entries and to expedite manual points deposits for promotions or truckmount purchases.

i did not receive my legend rewards certificates with my order.

If you didn't receive your Legend Rewards certificates with your order, first double-check that the product is listed on the product points list here: Product Points List. If the product is listed, then ask your distributor for the certificates you didn't receive with your purchase (See "How do I get Legend Rewards" above). If the certificates cannot be obtained, then clearly mark any items missing points on your purchase invoice and send it to: market@legendbrands.com. We will verify your purchase and manually deposit the missing points in your account.

what does it mean when my Legend rewards account has been audited?

After receiving an account audit alert, send scans or photos of 3 company invoices from the last 3 months that show Legend Brands purchases to: market@legendbrands.com. During the account audit, your account will be inactive until purchase invoices are received.

why is my account still inactive?

After registration, if company verification is required, you may be sent an email requesting a valid company and distributor invoice that shows Legend Brands purchases, which should be sent to market@legendbrands.com. Your Legend Rewards account will remain Inactive until such purchase invoices are submitted. (See "I enrolled in Legend Rewards" above).
